Cancun With Northstar

We can't get enough of the sun lately so we thought we'd share some more work today of filming a couple months back in Cancun! We love working with Northstar, and this Retreat/Event is unlike anything else we do. On top of filming the retreat, we produce the full event on location with just a few of us! Between us three we film, DJ, video tech, audio tech, VO intros and play Wizard of Oz. This year we created over 20 videos for the event itself! It's always a crazy race to make it all happen, but between the adrenaline rush and the sheer satisfaction of producing something 100% ourselves, it's weirdly rewarding!

This year we shot everything on Sony (apart from the aerial footage) and mostly on the Sony a7s II coupled with the Ronin for stabilization and the Ninja Assassin for real-time color grading and monitoring.
